چکیده
Conclusions. We have concluded etiological prognoses of influenza epidemics in Ukraine through last 12 years. Data toward accordance of prognoses and actually leading strain of influenza viruses in country has shown that prognoses had been confirmed entirely in 50%. In 25% of cases prognoses were confirmed partly. And in 25 % of cases prognoses were not justified. The demand of annual etiological prognostication is determined by the strain-dependent immune response to influenza viruses. It means that only actual vaccines must be used for the prophylactic of flu. An influenza vaccine does not produce in Ukraine. In this reason, we should pay more attention to leading infectious agent of next season for vaccines purchase. Thereby, 12 epidemics have happened during surveillance influenza viruses. Our etiological prognoses were completely or partly approved in 75 % of cases. 1. CDC protocol of realtime RT-PCR for swine influenza A(H1N1) revision 1. 2009. Host species-dependent population structure of a pollen-borne plant virus, Cherry leaf roll virus.
Cherry leaf roll virus (CLRV) belongs to the Nepovirus genus within the family Comoviridae. It has a host range which includes a number of wild tree and shrub species. The serological and molecular diversity of CLRV was assessed using a collection of isolates and samples recovered from woody and herbaceous host plants from different geographical origins. Molecular diversity was assessed by sequ...

Kumari S. (2009): Detection of Cherry leaf roll virus and Strawberry latent ring spot virus by one-step RTPCR. Plant Protect. Sci., 45: 140–143. A one-step reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) protocol was developed and used for the detection of Cherry leaf roll virus (CLRV) and Strawberry latent ring spot virus (SLRSV). The protocol was used to test infected screen house pl...
متن کاملGenomic and Horticultural Approaches to Manage Blackline Disease in Walnuts
This multiyear project is aimed at developing a practical solution to managing blackline disease of walnuts in California orchards. Blackline disease in English walnuts is caused by a Cherry leaf roll virus (CLRV) infection of English walnuts (Juglans regia) grafted on black walnuts (J. hindsii) and ‘Paradox’ hybrid (J. hindsii x J. regia) rootstocks. The HR is due to the resistance of black wa...

Walnut blackline disease caused by the cherry leafroll virus (CLRV) causes fatal necrosis at the union between English walnut scions and hypersensitive rootstocks. All English walnut cultivars tested so far are susceptible to blackline girdling. A breeding program for developing a blackline resistant Englishwalnut cultivarwas begun in 1983. The time requiredto breed an English walnut cultivar t...
متن کاملLong-distance movement of cherry leaf roll virus in infected tobacco plants.
The long-distance movement of cherry leaf roll virus (CLRV) in tobacco plants was studied using a tissue printing technique with non-isotopic RNA probes. Time-course analysis revealed that CLRV RNA accumulated in the inoculated leaf at an early stage, such as 20 h post-inoculation. The virus accumulation reached a peak at 8-10 days post-inoculation (d.p.i.) and then progressively decreased. The...
